Electrix Racing – Return & Refund Policy

At Electrix Racing, our return and warranty process is designed to ensure riders receive high-quality products and clear, transparent support when needed. We know that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and our team is here to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer — contact Electrix Racing first for instructions.

  • Electrix Racing reserves the right to deny any return if a product shows signs of use, wear, assembly, or modification.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This applies to all products, including e-bikes, accessories, and parts, and covers the cost of original shipping, inspection, and repackaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified Electrix Racing error or defective product.

E-Bike Returns

  • Bikes must have 0 hours/miles and show no signs of use.

  • Bikes that have been assembled by the purchaser are not eligible for return.

  • Customers must pay for return shipping and are encouraged to photograph the bike and packaging before shipment.

  • If the bike is lost or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for any item valued over $75.

Manufacturer Warranties
All product warranties are processed directly through the manufacturer. Electrix Racing does not issue refunds or replacements for warranty-related claims.
Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and work directly with the manufacturer under their warranty terms.

Shopify Collective Orders
Some products sold through Electrix Racing are fulfilled and shipped directly by our partner brands through Shopify Collective. These items may be subject to the manufacturer’s own return and warranty policies rather than Electrix Racing’s standard policy.
If your order was fulfilled through Shopify Collective, please contact us at shop@electrixracing.com for guidance.

Refund Process

  1. You’ll receive an email once your return is delivered and inspected.

  2. We’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, the refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and any shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
    Shipping fees are non-refundable.
