Electrix Racing – Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Offer
Electrix Racing offers Free Shipping on all e-bike orders and orders over $300 within the U.S. (contiguous 48 states).
All other locations — including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations — are subject to additional shipping fees.

PO Boxes: Not accepted for bike or large-parcel orders. Customers must provide a valid physical address for delivery.

International Orders
For all orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, import fees, and customs charges associated with their purchase.
Electrix Racing is not responsible for these costs and cannot predict their amount. We encourage customers to research local import regulations prior to ordering.

Shipping Damage
All shipping damage must be reported to Electrix Racing within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for compensation.
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please document it immediately with photos and contact us before unboxing or assembly.
