5. Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for carrier delays. Once the product leaves our facility, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Manufacturer Warranties
All manufacturer warranties are processed directly through the manufacturer. Electrix Racing does not issue refunds or replacements for warranty claims.
